Returns Policy


-Furniture Store, Inc DBA MiamiFurnitureOutlet.com offers each and every single customer our "No questions asked, hassle-free" return policy at the time of delivery*. We proudly offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which gives the customer the right to refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery while the delivery truck is still on sight. (*Please read excemptions below). After the item is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will then be issued a refund for the amount paid less the delivery fees.

Special orders, holded and special item(s) CANNOT be returned and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions.

-Once delivered and accepted, items are returnable within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s) and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the inventory charges, in addition to any shipping & pick-up charges incurred.

-After the time of delivery, full refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace. Returns made after the item(s) have been delivered and accepted must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center at 305-FURNITURE (387-6488).The actual cost of shipping the product(s), if any, is non-refundable. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

-Orders, holds and reservation orders with a value of $1,500, plus, which are cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30%, in addition to any warehouse, HOLD, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders and  special item(s) CANNOT and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions. Refusing at time of delivery of this type of orders are subject to 35% restocking fee, plus delivery and pick-up fees

-HOLD orders are items that have been taken out of our inventory system and reserved exclusively for you for more than 24 hours at our warehouse. Once taken off of our inventory we loss the opportunity to sell such items to another customer. To cover the losses we charge the mentioned above restocking, whse, labor and admin fees.

-Exchanges of financing, lease-purchase, rental-purchase, rent-to-own, lease-to-purchase orders, once delivered and accepted are subject to 35% restocking fees in CASH, plus $100 CASH delivery fee, plus $100 CASH pick-up fee ALL must be paid via bank transfer prior to the item exchange. Previous authorization of the store management. No exceptions. Returns & cancellations of financing, lease-purchase, rental-purchase, rent-to-own, lease-to-purchase items once delivered and accepted will NOT be accepted by our store, once delivered and accepted items/furniture are exclusive property of the financing/leasing company and subject to their terms and conditions written on their agreement.

-Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after 2 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.

Mattress Returns

-Furniture Store, Inc DBA MiamiFurnitureOutlet.com offers a 30 Night Comfort Promise, which provides our customers with 30 nights to exhange your mattress for another mattress of equal or greater value. Exchanges are not permitted within the first fourteen days of the delivery date, due to the fact that it takes at least two weeks to adjust to your new sleep surface. Only one exchange per customer is permitted. The exchange fees are as follow: Twin or Full $150.00, Queen $200.00 and King $250.00. This Comfort Promise is void if there are any damages or stains on the mattress.

-Returns & cancellations of financing, lease-purchase, rental-purchase, rent-to-own, lease-to-purchase items once delivered and accepted will NOT be accepted by our store, once delivered and accepted items/mattresses are exclusive property of the financing/leasing company and subject to their terms and conditions written on their agreement.

-Custom or special order mattresses are final sale items, which are both non-returnable and non-refundable, no matter the date. There will be no returns or refunds on special order or custom mattresses; no exceptions.  

Refunds
All refunds are processed in the following manner: credit or debit card transactions placed online are refunded online within 7-14 business days of the refund request/approval date, cash or wire transfer transactions are refunded in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check or Company Check, which is sent by mail within 30 days of the refund request/approval date.
