Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Do you charge a fee for export quotes?
No. For most standard export quotes, there is no fee. We encourage you to share your furniture shopping list so we can provide a detailed quote tailored to your needs.
Q2: How long does it take to prepare a quote?
Typically, standard export quotes are ready within 24-48 hours. Larger projects may take a bit longer to check inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and prepare accurate shipping estimates.
Q3: From your experience, what’s a smart way to furnish large residential projects?
Most developers start with a few model units. Once approved, they furnish the rest. This ensures design consistency and avoids rushing large purchases.
Q4: Can I furnish all units with the exact same furniture?
Inventory moves quickly, but furnishing all units with the same furniture is possible. For large projects or custom orders, we can source stock from other distribution centers or coordinate custom-made pieces to ensure consistency across all units.
Q5: How does shipping work for export orders?
We deliver to freight companies in South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach). Common shippers include Tropical Shipping, Seaboard Marine, G & G, The Mail Boat, Crowley, and Latin American Cargo. We do not endorse or assume liability for any specific freight company.
Q6: Do you offer door-to-door shipping for export orders?
No. We only deliver to freight forwarding companies. You must handle the remainder of the shipping through your chosen provider.
Q7: Do you offer guarantees or warranties for export orders?
Most manufacturer warranties apply only within the U.S. Once delivered to a freight company, our responsibility ends. ✓ We highly recommend purchasing insurance through your shipper.
We are not liable for warehouse mishandling, forklift damage, or misrouting after delivery to your export company.
Q8: Can the furniture be used in hotels or hospitality projects?
Commercial and hospitality furniture is mostly custom-made to meet specific project requirements. For hotel and large hospitality projects, we work with top suppliers and partners who have furnished world-class properties. We can guide you through the process, help with selections, and coordinate custom orders to ensure your project is professional and consistent.
Q9: Can we meet in person to go over everything?
In-person meetings aren’t necessary. We’ve successfully completed full furnishing projects remotely using WhatsApp, email, and shared visuals — even for large developments.
Q10: What documentation do you require for export orders over $5,000?
For security and U.S. compliance, we require a valid U.S. ID or official foreign ID/passport. This applies to all orders over $5,000 paid via wire transfer.
